Course Description
Welcome back to Crystal Reports 9.0. Since you've probably completed the first course, or are familiar with the basics of building and modifying reports, you're ready to move ahead to create complex reports and data sources using Crystal's tools. In this course, you'll not only learn how to create more sophisticated reports like subreports and cross-tabs, you'll also learn how to increase the speed and efficiency of your reports by using SQL queries and dictionaries.

Hardware Requirements
- A 486 or higher processor.
- 60 MB of hard disk space minimum; 235 MB maximum for English, and up to 470 MB for other languages.
- 32 MB RAM minimum (64 MB for Windows NT); 64 MB RAM recommended.
- Either a local CD-ROM drive, DVD drive, or access to a networked CD-ROM drive.
Platform Requirements
- Microsoft Windows 98, Windows ME, Windows 2000, Windows NT (ver. 4.0 or higher), or Windows XP.
Software Requirements
- Microsoft Windows 98, Windows ME, Windows 2000, Windows NT (ver. 4.0 or higher), or Windows XP.
- A complete installation of Crystal Reports 9.0.
- A default installation of Excel 2000.
- An installed printer driver. (Printers are not required; however, each PC must have an installed printer driver in order to use Print Preview.)
