Course Description
How has stress affected you in the past? Have you had to take time away from work or your family because you have felt stressed
out? You, like millions of others, may have difficulty managing stress in your life. Fortunately, there are techniques you
can use to better manage stress, and possibly even lessen the amount of stress you encounter on a daily basis. In this course,
you will learn ways of improving your physical and mental well-being, and methods of handling stress in an effective and productive
manner.
Course Objective: You will discover methods of preventing and dealing with stress at work and at home.
Target Student: This course is intended to help those who are looking for ways to better manage stress in their lives. However, you do not
already need to be suffering from stress to benefit from taking this course.
Prerequisites: There are no prerequisite skills for this course, however, you might be interested in the following related courses: Advanced
Communication Skills, Negotiating Skills, Business Presentations, and Business Writing: From Email to Proposals.
Delivery Method: Instructor led, group-paced, classroom-delivery learning model with structured hands-on activities.
