Convenience and Choice

Partners now have the option of ordering bundled courseware and examinations or stand-alone courseware or examinations, from one convenient, central location.

Examinations - Exams are available in web-based format. Learners may take the exam during a day/time that is convenient for them from their home, office, or classroom.

Special Accommodations & Disabilities - If you have a learner that requires special exam accommodations for a disability, please contact DevOps Institute Customer Service at CustomerService@DevOpsInstitute.com for further assistance.

Learner Materials - Learner materials are available as either eBooks or printed courseware.

Instructor Materials - Instructors who need either the Trainer Self-Study (TSS) or Instructor materials may contact CustomerService@DevOpsInstitute.com to receive access keys.

Additional Items

Courseware & Exam Fees: Pricing for courseware and examinations have been provided to the main point of contact within your organization. Please connect with them if you have any questions about pricing. Please note that the order will show as $0 on the Logical Operations store site, but invoices will be sent from DevOps Institute.

Accredited Courses: Partners may only deliver courses for which they are accredited for. Please contact CustomerService@DevOpsInstitute.com if you would like to become accredited for additional courses.

Reports: Please add the name of the instructor who will be delivering the training session to the Reference Number field when placing your order. This will assist us with providing partners with exam status or data by instructor if needed.

Order Confirmation: When placing the courseware and/or exam order, you will receive a confirmation from Logical Operations and will then be invoiced by DevOps Institute.
